SERVICES / INTEGRAL QUALITY MECHANICAL

A clear plan for your mechanical systems.

Chillers, boilers, rooftop units and controls need a scope that reflects how the building operates. Integral Quality Mechanical supports maintenance, service and mechanical project work.

A pump, a valve and a controller work in context. Good service starts with the equipment and the sequence around it.

Equipment, isolation points and distribution need to be understood together. Share a clear equipment overview and the symptoms before the first visit.

Describe the problem

Before we visit.

A useful fault report

Include the equipment identity, alarm text, when the issue appears, what changed recently and relevant service history. Do not bypass controls or protective devices to gather information.

Hydronics and controls

Symptoms can cross the equipment boundary: circulation, air, strainers, control sequence and building demand may all matter. Diagnosis should establish the actual cause before replacement.

Commissioning and handover

Agree the checks, operating documentation and outstanding-work list needed at handover. A running unit alone does not establish that the full system is performing as intended.
